I always thought a system would be stronger if the businesses that failed when the economy shifted downward were allowed to fail. Societies support of a business should be through the purchase of its products and services. Things are always changing and most innovation has been from small entities with the ability to see and speed to develop. Failure should always be an option. Let the assets be divided among those with the ability to use them effectively and successfully.
